The immaculate Cech plucks the Ward-Prowse corner from the left out of the air and gets Arsenal moving again.
9'
Corner for Southampton as Flamini concedes the set-piece under pressure from Mane.
7'
Romeu looks for Mane, but Southampton lose the ball, but Ozil is unable to find Campbell down the right.
6'
Bertrand does well to cut out a one-two following a one-two between Giroud and Ozil. Nice work from Sanchez in the build-up with a Cruyff turn.
4'
Koeman is cutting a relaxed figure on the bench - it is a quiet enough atmosphere at the Emirates though.
3'

Moments away from kick-off at the Emirates...

Ronald Koeman says a repeat of that 4-0 thrashing at St Mary's will be tough: "We hope, but we know it will be difficult to beat Arsenal the same way - they are playing at home and they are strong. There will be a reaction, and we will have to deal with that reaction and play a high level of football tonight."
19:30
Ronald Koeman's side thrashed Arsenal 4-0 at St Mary's in the reverse fixture on Boxing Day, netting four goals from just five shots on target.
19:25
Southampton have won their previous three Premier League matches, against Manchester United, West Brom and Watford, without conceding a goal and the Saints currently lie in eighth place in the table.
19:20
The Gunners, who are without a win in the Premier League since their 1-0 victory over Newcastle on 2 January, are three points behind leaders Leicester City after 23 matches.
19:15
Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky is set for another spell out with a thigh problem he sustained against the Clarets, in his first game of the season following a knee injury, while Danny Welbeck, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere also miss out. There is no place for new signing Mohamed Elneny on the Arsenal bench.
19:10
Charlie Austin is again one of the Southampton substitutes, despite his coming off the bench to net the winning goal against Manchester United. The former QPR striker has scored in both of his two previous Premier League appearances against Arsenal.

18:55
Arsene Wenger made nine changes for the match against the Clarets from the side that lost to Chelsea at the Emirates nine days ago, but reverts to his preferred Premier League line-up against the Saints. Aside from Sanchez replacing Walcott, the only other change is Gabriel coming in for Per Mertesacker at the centre of defence.

And the big news from North London is that Alexis Sanchez makes his first Premier League start for two months, following his goalscoring return in the 2-1 FA Cup fourth round victory over Burnley on Saturday. The Chilean replaces Theo Walcott from the side that started the 1-0 home Premier League defeat to Chelsea on 24 January.
