Hello and welcome to LIVE text commentary of the Barclays Premier League clash between Arsenal and West Brom at Emirates Stadium.  The Gunners’ slim title hopes were all-but extinguished following their 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at the weekend but they will be hoping to bolster their hopes of a top three finish with a victory over the Baggies that would see them leapfrog Manchester City in third. WBA are pretty much safe as they are 10 points clear of the drop zone and could move into 11th spot if they spring a surprise here. Kick off  7.45pm BST.

A decent spell for West Brom as a right-wing free kick sees them press Arsenal back. The attack lacks teeth though.

Rondon's speculative drive from distance loops off a Gunners defender and out for a corner. The Baggies push forward but the resulting kick comes to nothing.

Giroud finds space on the left as he edges towards the area, but his tame shot towards the far post is easy enough for Foster.
48'
Pulis clearly not happy with much that he saw in that first period. Can this change help them provide more of a threat? They at least need to make more of a game of it to avoid being given a real thumping.

WBA DOUBLE CHANGE: Rondon and Olsson on for Sandro and Chester.

One minute added.

Ozil drifts a delicious, curving ball towards the run of Monreal who makes a late run from the left, but can't quite reach it on the stretch. Arsenal in full swagger mode now.

Arsenal showing some prowess from long range this evening... Not something they've done much of this term.

Many were predicting it was a case of how many for Arsenal ahead of the match - and that looks like being the case.

West Brom respond by winning another free kick down the right, but this time it's easy for Cech to come and claim with ease.

What odds on a Sanchez treble now? Plenty of time.

GOAL!!! Sanchez grabs his second of the night with a whipped free kick that arcs through a breaking wall and into the bottom corner. Too easy.
37'
Ramsey surges towards the edge of the WBA penalty area and falls under a clumsy trip. Free kick to the Gunners 20 yards out and dead centre...

SIMILAR FORTUNES: Arsenal have won only four of their last 13 Premier League games (D6, L3), just one victory more than West Brom during this period.
34'
Arsenal have moved up a gear again. WBA struggling to stay with them.

More great work from Bellerin on the right. The full back cuts it back to Ozil on the edge of the box who sees Craig Dawson hack it off the line after the ball had somehow squirmed under Foster.

Bellerin exchanges a one-two with Giroud but blazes over from 22 yards out.

The Baggies unlucky not to be level. Cech was well beaten by the header but the crossbar came to Arsenal's rescue. The Gunners need to go again now. They have lost the impetus they had at the very start of the contest.
