Bournemouth get us under way, kicking from right to left.

Wilson, sitting with his family, watches glumly from the stands as the teams walk out onto the Dean Court pitch. How much Bournemouth feel the absence of the man who has scored five of their nine Premier League goals this season will depend on summer signing Murray's ability to hit the ground running here.

Both of these sides came into this season armed with the confidence borne of spectacular Championship campaigns. Bournemouth have lost just one of their last 13 league matches at Dean Court while Watford are very dangerous travellers, having tasted defeat once in their last 12 on the road. Is a draw inevitable or will something give this afternoon?
14:45
Watford head coach Quique Sanchez Flores: "They are a very tough team and they won the league last year. In the matches with Bournemouth last year we did not win, so we know how dangerous this team is. It is a very tough team that we have to play. This team is part of our league and also our particular league, so it is a very important game for us."
14:40
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe: "We're going to be a different team now with Callum being out. It is up to everybody to step up and give more. Last season we were so consistent with our team selection, so this challenge is new for us. But the players who have stepped in have done well so far. I don't think you'll see a real change in style, but we are going to have to adapt."
14:35
To do so, the Cherries will have to breach one of the Premier League's meanest defences. Watford have scored a meagre five goals in their opening seven matches (Odion Ighalo bagging four of those) but have conceded just six - a tally bettered only by leaders Manchester United.
14:30
Despite the cruel loss of top scorer Wilson, Bournemouth will be confident of recording back-to-back Premier League home wins with three points today - in last season's two Championship meetings with Watford, Eddie Howe's men ran out 2-0 winners at Dean Court and claimed a creditable 1-1 draw at Vicarage Road.
14:25
Watford, meanwhile, make just one change to the side that lost at home to Crystal Palace last time out, with Jose Manuel Jurado replaced by Chelsea loanee Nathan Ake and Ikechi Anya moving into a more advanced position on the left flank.
14:20
The teams are confirmed and the big news for Bournemouth is that Glenn Murray is handed his first start in place of Callum Wilson, who ruptured his anterior cruciate knee ligament in last week's 2-1 defeat to Stoke City.
