Both sides struggling to find a way through.

Kouyate glances his header wide at the near post.

Payet gives Sakho a pass to chase into the box, but Cahill slides in to touch the ball out of play for a corner on the right wing.

Noble picks out Payet with a lofted pass inside. It's 25 yards out, and Payet tries a first-time volley that is scuffed wide of the post.

Azpilicueta turns the ball ahead of him for Kenedy, who aims a cross inside which is blocked for a corner on the left wing. Willian will take when Reid and Terry stop their argument. Adrian just about punches it away.

Kenedy keeps an overhit cross in play on the left wing. Chelsea play the ball back to their defence.

West Ham win a corner on the right. A low corner is cleared by Cahill.

GOAL! Chelsea 0-1 West Ham. Lanzini scores - Payet takes a few steps towarsd the box, shifts it left for Lanzini. He looks up, has room for a shot, so sends a curling effort to beat Courtois towards the top corner.

Ivanovic clambers all over Payet as he strides down the left, and is booked for his trouble.

Antonio strains to keep the ball in, leaping to chest it down on the right wing. He aims a pass forward on the right, but it's out for a throw in. Remy then gets fouled by Reid on the same side of the pitch.

Noble is dispossessed by Oscar, but he comes back to help take the ball off him a moment later.

Antonio flicks a header on at the near post that's easily saved. He clutches his face, in a little pain, but can continue. A few seconds later, Mikel goes in late on Reid in midfield.

Sakho receives the ball with his back to goal, just inside his half, and Terry clips his ankles to concede a foul.

Fabregas slips in Remy down the right hand side of the box, and his shot from a tough angle is blocked by Adrian.

Kenedy's strength and close control helps him out to the left, and he plays the ball back into midfield.

Cresswell's cross is claimed by Courtois without any trouble.

West Ham and Chelsea are evenly matched so far.

Kenedy is released down the left, and he quickly squares it inside for Remy, but the offside flag was up, correctly, as he received the ball on the wing.

Oscar backheels into the box for Azpilicueta to chase, but the ball is cleared before he reaches it.

Lanzini finds Payet to his right, who clips a ball at a fair pace for Valencia behind the defence on the right. He can't keep it in play, and he's ruled offside anyway.
