The game gets back underway with both teams unchanged.

The whistle goes and the players head down the tunnel. This first half has been almost the perfect stereotypical Premier League game. There's been a lack of quality on the ball, a lack of composure in the final third, plenty of hustle and bustle and an extraordinarily high tempo. Sustainable for 90 minutes? Not a chance.

Chester shows quite ridiculous composure, collecting the ball on his own line and dummying into space before playing it behind for a corner. John Stones would have been proud of that one!

Lukaku is penalised for a foul (slightly harshly) in the box, but his volley was off-target in any case.

West Brom break and Rondon links up nicely for a one-two with Berahino. It's on for the front-man to pick out a final pass, but he gets it slightly wrong and Everton fans can breathe a sigh of relief. They are still a goal down don't forget.

The sun is glaring right in the eyes of the Everton left-back, which maybe explains why Lennon is having such joy down that flank.

A West Brom clearance falls invitingly for Funes Mori. He's a mile out, but goes for it anyway... and only threatens the fans behind the goal with his wayward attempt.

Coleman appeals wildly for a penalty as McClean charges in and prevents him from getting a shot away. There was a hint of a hand involved, but it was tough to see how any ref could have given a penalty in that situation.

Barkley flicks a cultured boot at the ball on the edge of the West Brom box and holds his head in his hands as his shot cannons back off the inside of the post and his hoofed up-field by Olsson.

A long ball is flicked into the path of Rondon in the box and the striker does well to hold off the attention of his markers and get a shot away. It's just into the side-netting, but that's a big warning for Everton.

A Lennon shot takes a big deflection and loops over the head of Foster, who does brilliant to scramble back and tip the dropping ball over the bar.

Lennon is giving McClean the run-around today and leaves him for dead again before flicking the ball off the Irishman's heel to win a corner.

West Brom survive a second huge scare in a matter of minutes as the corner drops in the six-yard-box and pinballs around before Olsson somehow manages to hack it clear.

A Ross Barkley effort takes a deflection and skids into the side-netting with Foster rooted to the spot.
