Rafa Benitez: "[On the idea that Palace players will be focused more on the FA Cup final] "Everybody knows what it means to play in that final. When you are there, you have to be careful. I don't see any player saying 'I don't care about the final'. I am sure they will be thinking about it. It's normal when you're in the final. Players are thinking if they pick up an injury, they can't play, so it's in the back of their heads."

Alan Pardew : "They're a much stronger team. Rafa is a very experienced manager who has managed at the top of the game, and he's got them in a much better place to win this game, and that worries me because my job is to win this game. The club is a beast when it's going well, but it can be equally as destructive when things aren't going well. At the moment things are going well, so it's a big bear we'll have to fight."
