A first club goal for Connor Wickham - who scored from the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time – gave Palace the lead.

Stoke levelled from a penalty of their own on 76 minutes – Bojan coolly dispatching the spot-kick after Damien Delaney handled in the penalty area.

However, Palace would have the last laugh as substitute Chung-Yong Lee rifled in the winner on 89 minutes after Stoke failed to clear from a corner.
