The final whistle goes and West Brom have held on for big win over Palace. It was 3-0 and a walk in the park for the hosts at half-time, but a second half comeback made it a nervy final few minutes for Tony Pulis and his boys. At the Hawthorns it finishes West Brom 3, Crystal Palace 2.

McClean wins a free-kick in the corner as he tries to waste as much time as possible. Time is running out for Palace.

Palace are throwing everything at this, but West Brom are winding the clock down and clinging on as best they can. Berahino is up top all on his own to try and give the Baggies an outlet.

The fourth official holds up five minutes on his board and Tony Pulis almost spontaneously combusts.

Gayle does indeed go for goal, but it's not a great hit and drifts wide.

Olsson gives away a cheap foul and Palace will have the chance to go for goal.

Sandro replaces Rondon as West Brom desperately cling on for the win.

Palace are all over West Brom like a rash, but Ben Foster makes a good save from a close-range header. You wouldn't bet against an equaliser now... which is ridiculous given how dominant the home side were at half-time.

Jedinak and Gayle are on for Palace, replacing Cabaye and Ledley.

GOOOAAALLL!!! Connor Wickham scores an absolute screamer, latching on to a loose ball from a lofted free-kick and slamming a shot across the keeper and into the far top corner. That's a peach of a hit. 3-2. Game on.

Chester goes into the book for a late challenge on Cabaye - who probably caused the poor timing of the tackle by dazzling him with his cheekbones.

Pardew paces his technical area anxiously after watching another shot fly over the bar. It's not gone his team's way since the interval.

"Okay, the fun's over," says Tony Pulis (probably). Off goes the lively Sessegnon, with McClean on to sure things up.

Ledley balloons a shot over the bar from range, giving West Brom a welcome respite.
