A blow to the face for Rondon from an elbow from Funes Mori but looked unintentional. Dawson does well to win West Brom a corner.

Everton have come back into this ever so slightly but still with only 42% of possession. Barely 20 minutes in and this game already needs a spark. A slight mistake from Evans almost lets in Lukaku but his tough lets him down.

Still only the one shot on goal so far, in fact just the one shot in total. A really subdued atmosphere here.

A place in the top five of the PL table beckons for Everton and that’s good incentive for the victory. They come again through Barkley, who is starting to get into the game.

Little action to talk about but a lovely skyline!

Everton have barely managed to mount a single attack but here comes Barkley. He finds Naismith but good defending from West Brom and McClean clears.

Timid ball in from McClean, easily headed clear by Barry. Berahino sets Morrison, who gets it back from Fletcher and his powerful shot is batted down by Howard.

A very quiet and even start to this one. Both teams scoping one another out but a conscious effort from West Brom to get their back line up higher.
