16:20
With ten minutes until kick-off, here's a reminder of the Everton team.
16:17
Romelu Lukaku will be one person who's happy to be return to St Mary's though. In four games at the stadium he's scored thrice and bagged an assist.
16:14
Maarten Stekelenburg is also making his first return to St Mary's this afternoon. WIth Fraser Forster back fit there can't be many, if any, Southampton fans missing him though.
16:10
Claude Puel has said pre-game that Sims is a "good young player" and added that "he has the maturity and it's a good chance for him."
16:05
Some more on the debutant Sims. He's been in fine form for Saints' under-23 side so far this campaign, travelled with the squad to Prague in midweek and won the European Under-17 Championship with England in 2014.
16:01
St Mary's hasn't typically been a happy place for Everton to visit, as they've lost four of their last seven visits and won only one, but that victory came last season when they tore Southampton apart and triumphed 3-0.

Neither side comes into this game in good form, however. After a fine start Everton have won only one of their last seven matches - mirroring the streaky form which characterised Koeman's tenure at Southampton - while the Saints have won just one of their last six Premier League outings.
15:50
This game is about more than a Koeman's return though, it also sees two different ideologies clash.
15:45
This is, of course, Koeman's first return to Southampton since he left over the summer and he can expect a hostile reception from the home fans. When Mauricio Pochettino left the south coast many were bitter, but the move was clearly a step up in his career. In joining Everton Koeman took a step that was sideways at best, leaving Saints fans even more unhappy.
15:40
As for Koeman's team selection, he makes one change from the side that drew with Swansea. Gareth Barry, who missed that game through suspension, replaces James McCarthy.

15:36
Given the lack of playing time Koeman gave Southampton's youngsters - which was reportedly a bone of contention for the club's hierarchy and certainly was for supporters - today is a fitting day for Sims' debut.
15:33
The big team news then is that Southampton give a debut to winger Josh Sims, who's never made a first team appearance before.
