Herrera absolutely clatters Bakayoko with an attempt to kick the ball that he won't be disappointed ended upp kicking the player. Bakayoko then chatches Jones late as he chases a pass, and is booked.

Another chance for Bakayoko to attack, but his shot from the edge of the area is charged down. Moments later, Zappacosta wins a corner when his cross is defected behind. It's taken short, Hazard lashes a shot at goal that De Gea palms into the air, with Fabregas heading wide after - it might have been disallowed as Morata stood just in front of the initial shot, in an offside position.

Lukaku finds Young on the right. The ball is worked to Valencia on the right, some clever work ends with Lukaku spinning on the edge of the box to make room, and his low shot to the corner is beaten away by Courtois.

Bakayoko again. Taking three touches to bring it forward from midfield, and he sends a long range shot at goal that De Gea tips away. De Gea then punches away the corner. United attempt a break down the left from it.

A cross comes in from the right from Zappacosta, Morata completely misses it as Smalling drags him away cynically, and Bakayoko runs in to sidefoot miles wide. A huge chance.

Lukaku chases down Azpilicueta, but Chelsea happily play themseves out of bother.

Herrera gets his toes stepped on by Hazard, and Herrera - and you'll be shocked here - reacts as if dying.

Young curls to the back post from the left, and Rashford reaches it with Courtois flapping. Five yards out and unmarked, and he heads it over - eyes closed - to waste the chance.

Jones puts the ball into his own net, and the Chelsea crowd erupts. However, Morata had clearly shoved him over to make it happen. Jones is a naturally calamitous man, but it was a foul nonetheless.

Valencia picks the ball up on the touchline after Bakayoko walks away, thinking it had gone out of play. Valencia is penalised for a handball, because it hadn't.

Young wins a corner with a deflected cross from the left. Rashord swaps short passes with Young, and whips in a high cross at the back post that Courtois claims.

Morata wins a foul when Smalling catches him from behind in the calf. He's not booked, so he'll be happy with that one if nothing comes from it. Fabregas takes a short free kick to tee up Kante, and his shot from distance is deflected, forcing De Gea to leap to his left to save.

Antonio Conte has been asked if he has fallen out with David Luiz: ‘No, no. Tactical decision. There is [Andreas] Christensen in really good form and also we have [Ethan] Ampadu who is a good young player. The club like to play with the young player.’

Mourinho has cheered up: ‘I am happy here – and I love my players. You try to create a story because of my words after defeat at Huddersfield – but there is no story. I was not speaking with Ander Herrera any more? Ander Herrera is the kind of player I have to push him away because he wants to speak with me all the time! I don’t know where they get these kinds of stories. So yes, I am happy. It has just been a difficult week. Big matches, injuries, tiredness…but that is just normal.’

THE BIGGEST NEWS: N'Golo Kante is back for Chelsea. The excellent midfielder is back from injury to intercept, foul, kick, tackle and pass perceptively. This is the chance for Bakayoko to come up against the man he replaced, Matic, too.

BIGGER NEWS: David Luiz is dropped after a shoddy display against Roma, which means Andreas Christensen continues his integration into first team football for Chelsea. They have the stronger bench, too with Willian and Pedro ready to assist the attack.
