There has been a lot of transfer speculation around Zaha this week. The Crystal Palace winger is reportedly a target for both Arsenal and Spurs. Palace apparently want £40m for him.

For the first time in the match, Zaha has the chance to run at the Cardiff defence. However, he loses the ball at the byline and then commits a foul trying to win it back. Zaha being booed because...?

There has been a real intensity to Cardiff City's play in the opening 15 minutes. There's a sense that the home team players realise that this could be their last chance to avoid the drop.

Ward shot blocked! Cardiff get the rub of the green with a pass deflecting off Zaha and into the path of Ward inside the box. Dann comes across to make the block from the striker, though.

Despite that early injury, Cardiff City have actually started rather well. They are certainly on top and the majority of the play has so far happened in the Crystal Palace half. Encouraging for the Bluebirds.

Camarasa is down again! Nope, he's tried to run off the injury, but Cardiff City are going to have to make an early change here. That's a big blow. Camarasa is one of their most creative players.

Townsend on target! The Crystal Palace winger picks up the ball from deep and gets the shot away from 25 yards out. His tame effort is straight at Etheridge, though, who makes the save.

Camarasa is back on the pitch for Cardiff City. He had his thigh strapped up, but he has since taken that strapping off and is attempting to run off the thigh injury he picked up a few moments ago.

Whipped in! That was a dangerous delivery into the middle from the corner kick on the left side, but Guaita came out and palmed the ball away convincingly. Nobody in the middle for Cardiff.

An early injury? Might this force Warnock into an early change? Camarasa has taken a knock to his knee... it might be a thigh strain? Whatever it is, he's not moving very easily.

Despite their perilous predicament, there is hope for Cardiff City in the fixtures that Brighton have to end the season. Tomorrow, the Seagulls have Arsenal and then they have Manchester City.

Header on target! Now it's Crystal Palace who come forward, with Ayew playing a clipped cross into the middle. Kelly got up highest, but his header was straight at Etheridge.

That has got the home fans inside the Cardiff City Stadium off their seats. They know that their team has to win if they are to stand any real chance of avoiding relegation.

Off the post! Inches away from being the perfect start for Cardiff City! Murphy takes the shot from 20 yards out, it catches Guaita by surprise and clips the outside of the post! Wow. What a opening that would have been.
