It's a grey afternoon in south London as the players emerge from the tunnel. Liverpool are in white, Palace in their usual colours.

However, Lovren is part of a Liverpool defence that hasn't kept a clean sheet in any of its last nine matches.

After an impressive start to the season, Palace have stalled somewhat and picked up just one point from their last four games. Despite that, Klopp was full of praise for Palace pre-game. "Their home games are pretty special because it's a really nice atmosphere there, they make it difficult,” he said. As for Liverpool, Mo Salah is only fit enough for a place on the bench. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain takes his place and will presumably play in a wide position, but that's the only change to team that beat Manchester City last time out. Joe Gomez is among the substitues.
LIVERPOOL: Alisson, Robertson, Van Dijk, Lovren, Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Firmino, Mane. Subs: Adrian, Milner, Gomez, Keita, Lallana, Salah, Origi.

First the hosts, who name an unchanged starting line-up to the one that lost 2-0 at Chelsea before the international break. Wilfried Zaha is indeed fit to start, while ex-Liverpool men Christian Benteke and Martin Kelly are among the substitutes.
CRYSTAL PALACE: Guaita, Ward, Cahill, Tomkins, Van Aanholt, McArthur, Kouyate, Milivojevic, Townsend, Zaha, Ayew. Subs: Hennessey, Dann, Kelly, Schlupp, Meyer, McCarthy, Benteke.
