This looked like being a tight encounter between two teams who had suffered difficult starts to the season. In the end, Chelsea blew away Wolves. This was a hugely impressive performance from Lampard's men. With the exception of a minor second half wobble, they dominated from start to finish.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Wolves 2 Chelsea 5 (96 mins - Mason Mount). It's a fifth goal for Chelsea as the away side put the finishing touches on a very impressive win. Mount picked up the ball, he turned the Wolves defence inside and out and then bended in a finish with his right foot. That's finally the points in the bag for the Blues.

Chelsea surely have the points in the bag now. Jonny took on the shot from distance, but it was straight at Kepa, who makes the routine save. Wolves now look somewhat resigned.

It's all got a bit frantic at Molineux in these final few minutes. Wolves have Chelsea pegged back in their own half and the away side are starting to look a bit desperate.

Wolves are really giving this one last push. They have four minutes to find two goals, but the home supporters inside Molineux are pressing them forward. They couldn't, could they?

Another penalty claim! Cutrone goes down inside the Chelsea box. He was implying that he was fouled by Tomori, but the officials, with the help of VAR, decide there was nothing in it.

Wolves are on course for their first home defeat in the Premier League since January 2 when they lost to Crystal Palace. There's still time for them to save something. Just enough on the clock...

Molineux has woken up again. Wolves have shown great spirit in this second half, but they gave themselves so much work to do after a dreadful first half that defeat still looks likely.

What looked like being a statement win from Chelsea will now be a bit more edgy in the final stages of this match. Wolves are not out of this yet. They have five minutes to salvage something.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Wolves 2 (85 mins - Patrick Cutrone) Chelsea 4. A second goal back for Wolves. They couldn't, could they? Cutrone gets his first goal in English football. Kepa saved Doherty's first shot and the Italian striker was on hand to bundle home from close range. Five minutes left to play. Is there enough time?

Across the face! Wolves gave up the ball inside their own half allowing Willian to feed Azpilicueta, but his pass across the face of goal can't find anyone in a white shirt in the middle.

This win will improve the mood around Stamford Bridge. Might the back three system be the way forward for Chelsea under Lampard? The signs have been positive this afternoon.

The Premier League have indeed awarded the Wolves goal as an Abraham own goal. Although that is harsh on the striker given that it was Kepa who palmed the ball into him.

Wolves are giving this a go late on, but they've given themselves too much work to do. There will be something of an inquest after this. This hasn't been a good start to the season by Wolves.
