Chelsea are so slick in attack, with their front three constantly on the move and switching positions.

It’s Mount again, shooting across goal after great work by Havertz, but Leno makes the save. The young Englishman will feel he should probably have scored there.

The replay of the Mount effort shows that it struck the hand of Holding to keep it out. Presumably the ‘natural position’ think is what stopped VAR from getting involved, but that’s perhaps a let-off for the Gunners.

It’s Mount again, who is floating into such dangerous positions for Chelsea in the final third. His effort from close range is blocked.

Mount looks to skip through Arsenal’s defence, but there’s no space for him and he loses the ball, fouling Saka as he tries to rescue the move.

What a shambles that was from Chelsea. They’ve been comfortably the better side, but Arsenal aren’t going to turn down an opportunity like that (although Smith Rowe did his best to slice it wide).

GOOOAAALLL!!! Arsenal have the lead and it’s a gift! Jorginho looks to play back to Kepa, but the keeper had moved out wide to create a better angle. The Chelsea stopper scrambles to keep the ball out, but succeeds in only flicking it straight to Aubameyang, who lays it on a plate for Smith Rowe. 1-0!

Mari dawdles on the ball at the back and Havertz swoops, nicking it off him and bearing down on goal one-on-one. He should score, but fails to hit the target.

Arsenal break and Aubameyang looks for Saka, but the youngster had inched offside.

It’s Mount again involved as Chelsea keep the pressure on, skinning Saka (which isn’t the easiest) and skimming a low cross into the box. It’s cleared by Arsenal, but already the threat down Chelsea’s left is clear to see.

Mount drifts into a pocket of space out on the left of the box and has a go from a tight angle, but it’s straight at the keeper.

There’s not been much of note so far, with Chelsea controlling things without creating anything.

Arsenal, kitted out on their usual red and white, get the game underway.
Here we go then, the players are out at Stamford Bridge and we’re all set for kick-off.

Tuchel:
Every step is a big one in the last weeks. This is another tough one against a strong Arsenal side. It is difficult to create big chances against them. It is a London derby. We work hard. It doesn’t feel like we have made so many changes, but we think we have a strong line-up today. It does not seem like we have an inexperienced squad, they are used to playing in this shape. We have worked hard to have the momentum, so if you catch it, you try not to interfere as a coach. It’s a tough one, we have to be ready.

Arteta:
Chelsea have been extraordinary in the last few months, in terms of results and performances, and it is always tough to come here. But we know what we have to do to beat them. We have to be 120 percent of our level, individually and collectively. If we do that, we have a chance to win the game. We need to lift our heads and show we care, and give this club and the fans the finish to the season they deserve.
