Super save from Darlow. Another perfect cross from Cancelo finds him at the back post and though Aguero's effort maybe wasn't in the corner it still took a fantastic reaction stop from the Newcastle keeper to stop a goal.

Murphy with another good effort from 20 yards but Ederson parries away well.

Aguero is on for Ferran Torres.

Darlow just gets out of his area to clear with a header and deny Sterling a goal and Ederson a 70-yard assist, the ball then breaks to Cancelo who puts in another fine cross that Torres can't convert.

Newcastle getting in good positions on either flank but despite having Carroll to aim at refuse to put crosses into the centre.

Andy Carroll replaces Joelinton

Ritchie is replaced by Jamal Lewis.

Bernado Silva squares the ball across the six-yard box but Hayden gets it away in front of Sterling.

Ritchie booked for a foul on Cancelo.

So close! Another fine delivery from Cancelo from the right flank but Sterling from three yards out kicks the ball against his left foot and it ricochets away to Bernardo Silva who smashed the ball against the post.

Fernandinho comes on for Rodri.

GOAL FOR CITY! Again Cancelo played a key role, this time winning the ball off Almiron and getting to the by-line himself before putting in a dangerous low-cross that Fernandes could only block and Torres slotted home the rebound easily.

Murphy breaks down the right hand side of the field and with no support hits a pretty good low right-footed drive that Ederson stops at full stretch.

Lovely delivery from De Bruyne finds Stones eight yards out but he is facing the wrong way and can only head the ball square and it just evades Torres.

Bernardo Silva is brought down 30 yards from goal in a centre-right position of the field.

City get the game back underway...
