Good evening and welcome to LIVE coverage of Wolves v Chelsea at Molineux. The games are arriving even thicker and faster than usual at this time of year, so here we go with another round of Premier League matches.

It's all over at Molineux! Chelsea threw everything at Wolves after that late winner, with even Mendy going forward for a corner, but it wasn't to be as Frank Lampard's side slumped to a second defeat in four days. That's a huge result for Wolves and you have to say that they deserve it after an outstanding response to going behind shortly after the break. Chelsea remain three points behind league leaders Spurs but could drop as low as ninth in the remainder of this matchday depending on results elsewhere.

Wolves break at pace and Neto bursts down the outside of Zouma before drilling a left-footed shot across the face of the goal, nestling it in the bottom corner. Wolves have snatched it at the death!

Semedo hacks down Pulisic and picks up a yellow for his troubles.

Wolves have only just made their final change and it looks like Boly has twinged his hamstring. He’s up on his feet and may limp his way through stoppage time, but it’s far from ideal for the hosts.

We're into added time at Molineux, of which there will be five minutes... plenty of time for one of these teams to grab a winner.

Podence makes way for Wolves, receiving plenty of applause from his team-mates on the Wolves bench. He’s been excellent tonight.

A clever little touch by Pulisic earns Chelsea a chance to throw numbers forward and they work the free-kick wide to Chilwell, only for the full-back to slice his cross horribly into the stands.

Kante brings down Neto and goes into the ref’s book. Wolves are looking the more likely team to snatch this, but time is running out.

Neto goes down in the box and the referee points to the spot, but replays show that there was no contact whatsoever and the decision is overturned.

PENALTY! Or is it? Wolves may have a chance from the spot, but the decision is being reviewed by VAR.

Wolves carve out a great opportunity as Semedo pulls a cross back, but Chelsea survive after a spot of penalty-area pinball.

Podence snatches the ball off Chilwell after pushing the full-back to try and take a quick throw. It’s adjudged to be a tad excessive by the ref and Wolves’ star man on the night goes into the book.

The ball drops to Werner in space at the back post but his first touch is horrible and dribbles straight out of play. It's been a frustrating night so far for the forward.

Although Giroud did get the goal he's had little impact from open play so the decision to withdraw him makes sense.

Lampard has seen enough and makes a double change, with Kovacic and Abraham coming on.
