Eberechi Eze has signed a new three-and-a-half year contract with Crystal Palace that will run until 2027. The 25-year-old attacking midfielder, who scored 10 goals and assisted four last season for the Eagles, has committed his future to the south London club following reported interest from Manchester City last summer. Eze has been capped twice by England, making his debut against Malta in June.

‘I understand’ - Ten Hag accepts boos from Man Utd fans after Palace defeat

Eberechi Eze has signed a new three-and-a-half year contract with Crystal Palace that will run until 2027.
The 25-year-old attacking midfielder, who has been capped twice by England, had started the penultimate year of his current deal at Selhurst Park.
Palace have acted quickly to tie down the services of one of their key players.
"I’m delighted to have signed for the club for another three-and-a-half years," Eze said.
"I’m now in my fourth season with the club and I’ve enjoyed it so far. I’m loving every moment. Hopefully the fans can expect more of the same in the future, God willing – I’m praying for exciting performances, fun times, goals and wins."
Palace chairman Steve Parish added: “I’m absolutely delighted that Eberechi has committed his future to Crystal Palace Football Club.
“As an England international and proven performer at Premier League level, his talents are well-known, but he also brings with that an exemplary mentality and character in everything he does. There is so much to admire about him as a young footballer and a young man, and his new contract is just reward for his performances and impact on the team. It is absolutely fantastic news for everybody associated with our club.”
Eagles manager Roy Hodgson said: "I'm delighted for the club and pleased for Eberechi as well. He's done so well in the three years with us and it's great to know he's pledged his future to the club."
This season, Eze has registered one goal and one assist in the eight Premier League games he has played, but last year was when he really caught the eye, netting 10 times and supplementing that with four assists.
Eze, who came through the youth ranks at Arsenal, Fulham, Reading, and Millwall, finally found his first proper home at Queens Park Rangers, and earned plenty of admirers for his dribbling ability, creativity, and goalscoring nous in his four years at Loftus Road.
He moved to Palace for £19.5 million in 2020, and has flourished in south London, playing as the No. 10 behind a main striker or off the left wing.
Palace face Everton at Selhurst Park on Saturday, with Hodgson's side looking to build their momentum as they sit in 11th in the Premier League table.
