Makengo loses out and Juve set off on the break with Bentancur, but his quick pass is too quick for Morata and dribbles through for Silvestri.

It'll be bitterly disappointing for the hosts, who have had their fair share of possessional pressure in these last few minutes. But that's what title challengers do, they score and they win when they're not at their best, and it could be a fatal counterpunch for Udinese. How can they respond here?

GOAL!! A fabulous counter-attack from Juve. A wonderful raking cross-field pass from Dybala finds Cuadrado wide-right, and he does the rest, firing hard and low across Silvestri into the bottom corner. A fine goal.

It's quite a deep, regimented defensive set-up for Juve here. There's not much pressure from the front, and as I say that, Udinese win a corner after good work between the lines.

Morata goes to ground after a clash with Becao, but nothing doing says the referee.

Better from Udinese here. They've opened up and have started playing some nice football with some decent possession stats behind them now. The back three are controlling things nicely, and Pereyra and Walace are coming deeper to link up and take the ball off Makengo and Arslan.

Corner for the hosts. Won by Pereyra, and delivered by the attacking midfielder... Pussetto! Just wide.

Free kick for Juve, won by Bentancur after the foul by Samir.

There's the first real pressure we've seen Ramsey under as the main CDM for Juve. Pussetto takes him down and concedes the free kick.

Samir's ball forward is charged down by Bentancur, who slides in Morata... but Nuytinck is there to sweep up, and go down under a frustrated challenge from the Spaniard, who is lucky to escape further punishment.

Pussetto is down after a 50-50 clash with de Ligt, but he's getting to his feet now.

Corner, Juve. Won by Bentancur, with Sandro and Cuadrado over it. It's the Colombian to take, but it's well cleared by Samir for a Juve throw.

Some really nice play from the hosts as they venture towards the Juve box for the first time, and Pereyra and Pussetto work it well between the two of them on the edge of the area, before a weak shot from the striker is well gathered by Szczesny.

Positional update on Ramsey and Bentancur: the latter is the more advanced box-to-boxer. with the Welshman the sitting six, orchestrating from deep. He's done well so far under little pressure from the hosts, but as the game wears on, he could come under the cosh a bit more as Udinese throw more men forwards in the transitional phases.

Intuitive pass from Sandro to send Bernadeschi off down the line on the left, but the Italian can't quite get his swipe right as the ball dribbles out to safety.

The hosts' early plan to contain the former champions has been shattered inside five minutes here. They've got to open up already and risk themselves at their defensive end, but with home support, they could have an easier task of it. Saying that, de Ligt and Bonucci aren't exactly the defenders you want to be facing when you're losing inside five minutes on the opening day...

What a start for Juve. A fine move, crafted out by some nice interplay wide right and in the right half-space between Bentancur and Cuadrado, and the Uruguayan did fantasically well to pick out his South American team-mate, who steamed in to flick home beyond Silvestri.

GOAL! Early Juventus pressure. Cuadrado is getting high and wide... in from Bentancur... Dybala!!!! Finishes a fine move, and Juve have an exceptionally early lead.
