Hello and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE text commentary of the FA Cup replay between Tottenham and Southampton. It's the game neither side wanted, but they have got it following a 1-1 draw at the tail end of last month. The incentive for the winner is a home clash with Norwich in the fifth round. Kick-off is 45 minutes away and team news will follow next.

Southampton sub: After a lengthy stoppage, Ward-Prowse leaves the pitch on a stretcher. It looks a nasty injury to his right knee and we wish him a speedy recovery. He's replaced by Jannik Vestergaard.

This doesn't look good. Ward-Prowse, who has been excellent at full-back, is in some distress after an innocuous challenge by Sessegnon. The medics rush onto the pitch to treat the Southampton player.

Without question, Southampton have been the better side here. Mourinho will be concerned by his team's performance, with Lloris playing particularly poorly.

GOAL! Tottenham 1-1 Southampton (Long): Southampton grab a fully deserved equaliser. Redmond swivels to create the space to get his shot away, Lloris can only parry it into the path of Long who is left with the simple task of tapping it into the net. It's a gift from the Spurs goalkeeper, who hasn't looked quite right tonight.

Lucas does well to keep the ball in play on the left and then puts the burners on to burst into the penalty area where he's crowded out. He's a bundle of positive energy.

Here is the moment Spurs took the lead...

Stephens, who has been excellent despite his own-goal, makes a perfectly-timed challenge to take the ball from Son, who was about to pull the trigger from a tight angle on the right of the box.

A neat move from Saints down the left, Bertrand's low cross is set upon by Ings but Tanganga gets across his man and shepherds the ball out of play. Tidy defending.
28'
Lucas nicks the ball from Romeu and suddenly Spurs are on the counter-attack. He tries to go it alone; but he's crowded out and yet somehow still wins the corner. The referee spots an infringement in the box and awards Southampton a goal-kick.
26'
Southampton are enjoying another spell. Ward-Prowse's corner delivery isn't cleared convincingly and the midfielder gets another bite of the cherry, but this time his cross is straight into the arms of Lloris.

And here's another fact: That was Southampton's first own goal since Ward Prowse netted inadvertently against Manchester City in December 2018.

He should have already completed the feat...

Unconvincing save! What is Lloris doing? Now he spills a routine shot from Redmond but, fortunately for the Spurs goalkeeper, the loose ball doesn't fall kindly for Long.

Off the woodwork! Oh my, how has he missed? A lovely ball is sent down the line by Ward-Prowse for the in-form Ings. Lloris fails to come for it, for whatever reason, and instead of powering it past the Spurs keeper, Ings tries to side-foot it home only to see the ball cannoning off the crossbar and bouncing to safety.
18'
Ndombele is fouled by Romeu and looks in some discomfort. He has had his fair share of injury problems recently, but he's back to his feet, even if he is still holding his back.
15'
There hasn't been an instant response from Southampton, who had been on top until Spurs' opener.

A classic counter-attacking Jose Mourinho goal, that. Spurs lead, but it's as quiet as a library at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

GOAL! Tottenham 1-0 Southampton (Stephens OG): Against the run of play, Tottenham lead! The hosts break, Winks plays a lovely pass over the top for Sessegnon only for Stephens to get a toe in to take the ball from his possession. It falls to Ndombele, whose shot is going wide but cruelly it takes a deflection off Stephens and nestles in the corner of the goal. When your luck is out...

Save! Redmond shoots tamely through the legs of Alderweireld, Lloris is unsighted and sees it late, making a rather unconvincing stop with his feet.

Spurs haven't quite got to grips with the pace of he game yet. It's Southampton dictating the tempo.
