Evening all, and welcome to Barnsley v Chelsea in the fifth round of the FA Cup!

Good touch from Abraham and then another, the first taking him down the line away from Styles and the second infield away from Andersen. But Sibbick nashes in from behind, poking the ball hard towards Collins, who makes the save. That might've gone very wrong.

Barnsley have started well, and are looking to find the corners of the pitch that a three-at-the-back system doesn't cover.

Looking again, that was as good a chance as Barnsley are getting.

Chance for Barnsley! Mowatt nips down the left and crosses nicely, Woodrow flicks on and Brittain arrives onto it! He makes just about alright enough contact, but Kepa makes a decent save - who ever thought they'd type that? - and none of the various Barnsley legs seeking the loose ball can make contact with it.

Chelsea re playing with a back three, Emerson on the left of it. Then they've got Hudson-Odoi and alonso as wing-backs, with Ziyech behind Abraham and Pulisic.

Mowatt plays a one-two of Adeboyejo and weaves across the face of the box before Kane bumps a tame shot wide.

Adeboyejo takes the ball out of the air and turns, looking to run at Christensen, who quickly pokes out of play. Kane will thusly hurl in a long throw, but Chelsea get it away.

Barnsley have started well here. They're not sitting off in the way teams often do when faced with a quality opponent, but looking to get in amongst it and win the ball high up the park.

Mowatt pursues Ziyech, who megs him running towards his own goal, and does well that the ball clips him on its way behind. Goalkick.

Brittain presses Alonso and the ball breaks to Woodrow, who larrups a shot over the top.

Shonuff, Styles' kick is hard and flat, looking for under the bar, but Abraham is up to head clear.

Styles wins a corner off Hudson-Odoi, and Barnsley have some big lads, all clustered around Kepa.

It's a decent FA Cup-style pitch, really. We'll never get the oens we used to get, but there's some threadbare grass, nice brown patches and divots. Good.

When I looked at the Chelsea team, I thought they'd play 4-3-3 with Emerson at right-back, but now I wonder if he or Alonso will be a third centre-back with the other and wing-back and Hudson-Cafu on the other side.

Tuchel wants a team performance and a solid performance. He doesn't want to put too much pressure on his players, most of whom haven't played much under him, and he knows they're good.

Interesting draw that, third against second in the Premier League probably the pick but seventh against third should be good too.
