Full results are on the left - Button has gone second in the drivers' championship, but remains 60 points behind Vettel.

Jenson Button produced a remarkable victory at a marathon, chaotic Canadian Grand Prix despite going through the pitlane six times.

It is his first race win since China in April last year. Possibly the best end to a race for many years.

Vettel crosses for second spot ahead of Webber with Schumacher gutted to finish off the podium in fourth. Petrov is fifth - and the DRS allows Massa to take sixth from Kobayashi by a nose. Alguersuari, Barrichello and Buemi complete the points positions.

Di Resta has put the Force India into the barriers at turn 9. No overtaking at that corner. The gap from P1 to P2 is 0.94s.

Webber through to take third from Schumacher with three minutes and three laps to go!

Button 1.6s behind Vettel after picking up 1.5s on that last lap! Four minutes remaining - can we get the laps in?

And Button is three seconds behind Vettel and able to catch him in the closing stages! What an end to this race! Webber right up on veteran Schumi.

Webber again cuts that corner and Button on the racing line streaks past for third!

Webber passes and leaves Schumi for dead but locks up and cuts the corner - has to give the place back. He manages it without also allowing Button through!
