VERSTAPPEN WINS! Vettel takes a brilliant second from 20th with a fastet lap bonus! Dani Kvyat completes the podium. Hamilton finishes in 11th, just out of the points, fractionally behind Kevin Magnussen. An absolutely brilliant race.

Verstappen has the fastest lap, and Vettel now paces into second place, a brilliant drive from 20th to second.

Vettel sweeps past Stroll. At the back of hte picture, Gasly's tire has split and Hamilton is now in 11th.

Vettel is three seconds behind Stroll. He is attacking. Hamilton is unlikey to get into 10th.

Five laps to go as the safety car exits. Verstappen - Kvyat - Stroll - Vettel - Sainz - Albon - Gasly - Raikkonen - Grosjean - Giovinazzi make up the top 10.

Hamilton has pitted yet again. More safety car action. Separating Verstappen from lapping the Mercedes is the officials' own Mercedes.

The Haas drivers collide, and Bottas spins out! Toto Wolff bangs his desk as the Dutch fans cheer.

Hamilton is back in the pits, and now he is last, in 15th. He is almost certainly going to get nothing from this race.

Hamilton goes off on the first corner, but rejoins the race despite spinning the whole way around and glancing the barrier, and he is now down in 13th.

Vettel now claims the fastest lap and is in possession of the bonus point.

Here's how we line up.

Verstappen has four seconds over Stroll.

Raikkonen is in second, and Vettel is into third and sets a new fastest lap. Stroll - who pitted during the emergency car period - is now first with Verstappen behind him... and he takes the lead. Hamilton is now 12th.

Verstappen is in for slicks, as is Bottas. Hamilton is first - for now.

Albon attacks Hamilton, and Sainz attempts to attack down the inside at the same time. Somehow, he holds onto P3. Albon ran wide and now falls back to eighth.

Hamilton is facing a rough end to the race. He will probably have to nurse his aged tires to the end of the race. The safety car is ending.

The radar is indicating no more rain. Vettel takes some intermediates.

Hulkenberg, briefly threatening to take a podium place, hits the barrier on the last turn after he mistimes a correction. Another safety car to come.

Verstappen, with clear road ahead of him, puts in a fastest lap. Raikkonen's Alfa slips off, with the experienced rider showing just how tough it is.

Hamilton is up into third.
