Petrov clocks the quickest lap of the afternoon in his Renault, although expect the lead to be changing at regular intervals

Schumacher out on track trying to set a competitive time but is not looking particularly quick at this stage

10 drivers have already set a time, but Perez is the quickest at this very early stage in his Sauber

Alguersuari immediately sets a time of 1.27.596 but is usurped by Perez with a 1.25.881

Heidfeld is driving his own Renault this afternoon after Senna was out there in it this morning

There are reports of some rain heading towards the Hungaroring so expect the teams to get out on to the track as early as possible before the showers arrive
