EARLY WIMBLEDON EXIT A TURNING POINT FOR AN IN-FORM COCO GAUFF
Gauff is on an 11-match winning streak heading into tonight's final.
The No.6 seed has won 17 of her 18 matches since a first-round exit at Wimbledon and is bidding for her maiden major having lost the French Open final in 2022.
"After Wimbledon, I wasn't expecting to do well in this hard-court season," she said. "I'm really proud of the way I have been able to turn this season around."

World Number Two Sabalenka is hoping to become the first woman to win both hard court Slams in the same year since Angelique Kerber in 2016.
The Belarusian claimed her maiden major title at the Australian Open back in January.

Aryna Sabalenka staged a stunning comeback from 0-6 3-5 behind to deny Madison Keys and reach the US Open final.
Speaking following her sensational recovery the Belarusian said: "Going into this final, I think I just have to focus on myself and prepare myself for another fight.
"No matter what, just keep fighting and keep playing my best and do my best. What else can you do? You just have to be there and you have to fight for it."
