The Swiss Maestro is already the first to appear in 10 SW19 finals - and a triumph here would see him become the first man to land eight Wimbledon titles. He currently shares the record with Pete Sampras. The pair have seven apiece.

SEMI RECAP: Federer reached a 10th Wimbledon final with what many are saying was his best Wimbledon display ever. He ousted Brit, Andy Murray with a straight sets master class. As for Djoker, he was made to fight hard but ultimately saw off the challenge of Richard Gasquet in three.
