VICTORY FOR JUMBO-VISMA - AND A RESOUNDING ONE!

Into the last kilometre now and they still have 20-odd seconds...

Just two more kilometres to go for Jumbo-Visma who have five riders left, including the yellow jersey Mike Teunissen - who is clinging onto the back.

Here come Wanty-Gobert but they're 1:37 down at the finish so that's a blow to their GC man Guillaume Martin. Just one more team to go - can they hold on?

A Tony Martin-powered Jumbo-Visma are indeed 14 seconds clear of Katusha and 16 seconds clear of Ineos at the second intermediate check.
We're now hearing that it will be Gianni Moscon who dons yellow should Ineos win by more than 10 seconds today. But it could all be immaterial because Jumbo-Visma are flying...

Deceuninck approaching the finish now... and they were just 2 seconds down on Katusha at the second check and level with Ineos. They're down to five riders now... and it's so close! They're 0.82 seconds down!

Superb stuff from Rigoberto Uran's EF Education First, who come home just seven seconds down on Ineos.

Wow, this is a blistering time for Jumbo-Visma who come through the first check a huge 10 seconds clear of Katusha's leading effort - so that's 13 seconds clear of Ineos at this point.

Trouble for Dylan Groenewegen, the Dutchman who crashed heavily in yesterday's finale. Jumbo-Visma will have to make do without him.

Just 16 seconds at the finish for Nibali's Bahrain-Merida team. That's a solid time for the Shark and his shoal.

Apparently it was Bernal and not Van Baarle who lead Ineos over the line. Should they win this time trial by more than 10 seconds on Jumbo-Visma, the Colombian will be in yellow.

Mitchelton-Scott come home 20 seconds down and without Simon Yates. So, their GC man Adam Yates limited his losses but is already 20 seconds down on his Ineos rivals Thomas and Bernal.

Deceuninck-QuickStep approach the first check and they're looking slick and still have a full compliment of riders. And they're just the one second behind Katusha and so they're ahead of the current leaders at the finish, Ineos!

They final team are off! Down the ramp rolls yellow jersey Mike Teunissen and his Jumbo-Visma team. Can they beat Ineos - or, at least, stay within 10 seconds of them - and stay on top?
