Panandetiguiri fouls Wakaso on the Ghana right and it's a free-kick at what is the end of injury time. Terrible from Wakaso though, sending out for a throw on the left.

Wakaso sends in the free-kick, touched on by Gyan but Kone hacks it clear!

Atsu with a shot from range that the keeper keeps out! Now Badu cuts it back but Asamoah's shot is blocked, and Atsu misses the rebound!

So Burkina Faso are bossing the possession, but Ghana have had the better chances! Chuck in some bizarre refereeing against both sides and I think 1-1 is fair.

Nakoulma with another one of his mazy runs but he can't get the final ball to Pitroipa and Ghana survive!

Kone is running a tightrope as he gets away with a shove on Asante. Surely CAF will ban him on video evidence? That kick on Gyan makes my eyes water.

Free-kick Burkina Faso on the left which Kabore sends in, Vorsah and Bance rise but it comes off the striker and wide for a goal kick.

Actually it was so long after Gyan had put wide that technically the ball was dead, so no penalty but how is that not a red card? Bizarre.

Gyan is rolling around claiming blue murder after that. Not sure what the problem is, I think he's claiming Koulibaly kicked him - and the replay shows he kicked him in the man-place after the ball had gone!! The ref books him, surely if he saw that it's a. red and b. a penalty? What a fudge.
