Bance with a towering leap to control a high ball ahead of Vorsah, but his second touch is poor and Ghana clear.

Gyan puts a ball in, deflected so Diakite scrambles across to prevent the corner.

GOAL GHANA! Wakaso with his fourth goal of the finals with a cool low finish to the right corner. 1-0, but a soft penalty!

PENALTY GHANA! Looked soft to me but Panandetiguiri is said to have pulled down Atsu and the ref points to the spot! Bakary Kone is FURIOUS.
12'
Rouamba fouls Wakaso and immediately apologises. Asante is playing on the left of midfield now.
11'
Meanwhile, a corner to Burkina Faso is put wide by Koulibaly! Well wide in the end...

GHANA SUB: Asante comes on for Pantsil. He's a wide midfielder, assume he'll play right back.

Rabiu gets a ball in the face from Kabore, who makes up for his sporting behaviour by leaving another opponent flat out. Rabiu is fine, Pantsil's Afcon is over.
8'
Pantsil, who plays for Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel these days, is being stretchered off. Props to Kabore, as he was under no obligation to halt play and was in down the left but kindly ended play.

Pantsil goes down in a heap with no-one near him! His hamstring's gone! He was chasing Kabore, who sportingly kicks the ball out.

Pitroipa goes down under pressure from Boye and he wants a penalty! There was clear contact and it looked like a foul to me! Nothing on the ball!
5'
Bance is looking lively and almost gets in but Vorsah gets it clear.
4'
Pitroipa is caught by Pantsil so Burkina Faso have a free-kick.
3'
Bakary Kone plays it back to the keeper, who is almost closed down by Gyan after lazily waiting for it!!
2'
Bance with a turn some way out but the bleach-blond Burkinabe fires well wide.

The first half is underway - it's the Mbombela, so the surface is once more atrocious.

Ghana are 4/9 to go through - just over evens within the 90 - and Burkina Faso 13/8. I can see a narrow Ghana win, 2-1 perhaps, what about you? Send me your predictions on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport.
18:20
Ghana make just the one change as Bristol City winger Albert Adomah makes way for Wakaso, who scored both of Ghana's goals in the unconvincing 2-0 win over Cape Verde.
18:15
Burkina Faso make several changes from the team that beat Togo in extra time, one assumes fatigue-related. Midfielder Ouattara makes way for Rouamba, while Nakoulma - whose introduction as a sub changed the game against Togo - is rewarded with a start in place of Sanou. And finally forward Dagano is replaced by Bance. Alain Traore is injured.
