GOAL! Manchester United 1-0 Copenhagen (Greenwood) He said what he said! Rashford nods a bouncing ball into space with Copenhagen pushed up, and Greenwood speeds onto it. He's got options in the middle, but he's too good and in too good a position to use them, gliding into the box to slots another expert's finish into the far corner. That was coming; not for long, but nevertheless.

United have woken up. Wan-Bissaka drives down the right and crosses; Martial brings it down but slips in the crocess. United, though, sustain the attack, Williams finding Rahford who drives early and hard, but Johnsson punches away.

Bit of Fernandes, who zips an excellent pass into Martial; the ball, though, gets caught under his feet, allowing Bjelland to buffet him off it. There's a penalty check, and it's not miles from one, but it's also not one.

It's been a while since Copenhagen threatened, but United aren't threatening in the meantime.

Pogba looks dangerous when he's on the ball, but he's not on the ball often enough. Crtl C, ctrl V.

Maguire drives a very nice ball out to Rashford, but with no one near him, he can only hold it up, which leaves United having to force the tempo. They cannot.

Bailly has probably been United's best player so far, while next to him, Wan-Bissaka has been poor.

And again, rushing to the near post to reach a cross before Daramy, heading behind. Romero punches the corner clear when he might've caught it, but Fred is on-hand to crowd Zeca when the ball drops.

Bengtsen beats Wan-Bissaka - are you watching Raheem Sterling? - but Bailly covers well.

We've not seen lots of Fernandes, but Pogba finds him well and he turns, sliding one of his passes into the box for Martial. But he sticks too much on it, not the first United player so to do.

Should United go through tonight, if they start against a better team the way they started tonight, they'll find themselves with big problems.

United are coming; slowly, but nevertheless. Fred sees the Copenhagen back four pushing up and lofts a pass over their heads for Rashford, moving from left to centre ... but it's just too firm for him.

Williams gets down the flank and is inside the defender, but he decides to check - that's what happens when you don't have a left-footer on the left - and Martial and Greenwood wind up scrapping for possession just outside the box, unable to quite get hold of the ball.

Better from United, Rashford rolling the ball under his studs and backpeddling before caressing a pass over the top and to the back post for Martial. he can't quite get on the end of it, but that was a nice idea. The excellence of Rashford's passing was a feature of United's play, post-lockdown.

United's front players haven't quite got going, but they've also not had that many opportunities to get things going.
