Hughes goes down under pressure from Luiz right on the egde of the Chelsea penalty area, but the referee isn't interested.

Lewis Baker, who scored a fine goal in the 2012 FA Youth Cup final, replaces Oscar for Chelsea.

Bennett shoots marginally wide of the post! Chelsea fail to clear their lines and the ball drops to the 17-year-old on the edge of the penalty area. His first-time shot trickles wide of the left-hand post.

Great effort from Martin. Sammon does ever so well on the edge of the Chelsea box, wriggling away from a number of challenges to play in Martin down the left. With no options in the box, the striker opts to shoot from a tight angle and forces Schwarzer into a smart stop.

Bailey has had to contend with a number of injuries over the last 18 months and has been limited to few appearances for his club, but will enjoy these last few minutes.

Simon Dawkins is replaces by James Bailey, who makes his first appearance of the season for Derby.

It looks a bit like damage limitation now for the Rams. It is unrelenting pressure from Chelsea.

CROSSBAR!! Chelsea look in the mood for more goals. Ramires is free 25 yards from goal and has a pop. It takes a wicked deflection, looping over Grant and onto the top of the bar.

Three on two for the visitors. Oscar bursts out of his own half and attempts to free Hazard. The pass has too much on it, though, and the Belgian can’t make the ground.

Torres again! Almost a carbon copy of the last effort. He’s through down the right again and does shoot this time, but Grant’s despairing hand beats the ball away. Great save.

Torres should score. The striker is sent through on goal and instead of shooting, opts to take the ball past the keeper. Grant sticks out a leg and makes the save.

Bennett looks to make progress down the left hand side now, and he looks to be tripped by Azpilicueta. Nothing given.

Bennett bursts down the right and crosses from the byline. Cahill should deal with it comfortably but scuffs his clearance, nearly playing in Sammon.

Keane travels forward from central defence in order to try and force the issue, but he's tackled and Chelsea move forward.

Desperate stuff from the hosts. They’ve done a lot of chasing and are showing signs of tired legs. Hendrick asks far too much of Wisdom with an attempted through ball but the full-back is never getting there.

The Rams are still giving it a good go. Hughes and Martin exchange a number of short, sharp passes as they make their way towards the Chelsea penalty area, but Mikel tracks back well to win the ball.

Chelsea have had two attempts on target and have scored two goals. That’s the difference here, I’m afraid – the difference between the Premier League and the Championship.

GOAL! Chelsea grab their second of the game, but the keeper really should do better. Hazard and Oscar link on the right of the Derby penalty area before the latter lashes an effort on goal. It’s pretty central to Grant, though the keeper dives to his right and beats the ball into the back of his net.
