Cadiz v Barcelona live - La Blaugrana secure 4-0 win to go top, game overshadowed by medical emergency

Three minutes of stoppage time.

Big save from Ledesma. A Barcelona corner is played out to Depay short, and he curls the ball in the box with the hope that someone will get their head onto it. That does not happen but Ledesma is forced into making a diving save to divert it away from his goal.

Depay has not been up to the mark so far this half and has squandered some big chances. The forward is played through by Busquets, but his first-time effort from inside the area is tame and it is straight at Ledesma.

Gavi is down receiving some treatment after a collision with Fede in a duel for the ball. Both players are good to carry on and are back on the pitch.

The Barcelona left-back, who tries to get past Alejo inside the area, is brought down by the Cadiz man just inside the box. It did look soft, and the referee decides not to refer it to VAR. Xavi looks perplexed with the decision on the touchline.

Barcelona come close again. Raphinha plays a corner short to Depay, who releases it back to the Brazilian. He then finds Bellerin in space outside the box, and the right-back whips in a pacy cross towards Araujo at the back post. The Uruguayan flicks the ball back across goal for Depay, but the Dutchman puts his shot wide of the post. Big chance.

Cadiz head the ball over from a long throw in down the right flank. The ball comes into the box, and Mbaye gets his head to it, but the contact is not clean and it rises high and over the bar. The defender is also in a bit of pain as he also clashed heads with Araujo on the followthrough. We now have a cooling break - both managers can get some points across to their teams.

Sergio Busquets catches Sobrino with a silly challenge in the centre of the park, and the pair of them go down in some pain. That is definitely a ploy from the former to underplay the foul.

We still await the first goal here at Nueva Mirandilla as we edge close to the half-hour mark.

Balde whips in a nice ball into the area with Depay his intended target, but Hernandez initially heads it away. It bounces towards Raphinha, but he mis-cues a half volley and it sails well over the bar.

After initially allowing the game to continue by playing the advantage, the referee awards a free-kick to Cadiz from 40-yards out for a foul on Zaldua by Torres.

The delivery from deep is disappointing, and it goes straight into the gloves of Ter Stegen in the Barcelona goal.

Corner to Barcelona. Bellerin plays a nice ball forward for Gavi to chase, but his eventual attempted cut back for Raphinha is blocked. The resulting set-piece is poor, however, and Ledesma holds with ease.

Raphinha is shown the game's first yellow card for tripping Perez from behind whilst the Cadiz man was on the way forward.

Torres tries to cut back the ball towards Raphinha again from the left-side of the box, but a Cadiz defender gets a block on it, and Ledesma eventually catches the loose ball.

Barcelona come close. They break at speed down the inside-left channel, with Gavi squaring the ball for Raphinha to hit inside the area, but his shot cannons back off the upright. The rebound drops for Torres, but his curling effort towards the far corner is well tipped by Ledesma and Barca have a corner kick.

A chance for the visitors. Memphis dribbles with the ball into the penalty area and somehow manages to keep a hold of it amidst some pressure. He plays in de Jong, but the Dutchman's pass is blocked. A follow-up volley is then comfortably held by Ledesma after the contact was not the cleanest.

Cadiz fly forward after breaking up a Barca counter and Aleja sends a delivery into the penalty area. Pique hooks it away, but only as far as Sobrino, but his shot across goal is well cut out by Araujo in the nick of time.
