Obertan down the right finds a lot of space but the cross isn't great and Carroll heads clear.

Well, the clashed headed accidentally - Carroll had risen too early and his head was there for Ameobi to hit when he made the header.

Cabaye's cross meets Ameobi's leap, but Carroll hits the deck heavily and the keeper decides it was a foul.

Carroll and Williamson do battle again and the corner is awarded to West Ham. Noble takes his time over it... Carroll meets it with a downward header but Nolan can't finish and hacked away by Krul!
