Memphis whips a good looking cross into the box, but nobody is there to get on the end of it.

United just trying to get to half time. They need a major reshuffle. Schweinsteiger has been a passenger, and he just cannot cope with the speed of the Arsenal players running past him at will.

Rooney again tries a long ball, but it is again overhit and Petr Cech, who has been a spectator, gathers easily.

Not only are Arsenal attacking in numbers but they are getting plenty of men behind the ball. Energy levels are incredible.

Again Arsenal come. Smalling tries to shepherd the ball out of play, but Ramsey gets there first. Cazorla orchestrating everything!

Rooney so wasteful on the ball. Plenty of chances to pick out his man, but he gets his cross all wrong. Just not going for him at the moment.

CHANCE! Should have been four! Wonderful clipped cross from Sanchez picks out Aaron Ramsey, who is unmarked, but he side-foots his volley over from close range.

Rooney does cause some danger, fires across goal, Per Mertesacker intercepts, but is caught out by Martial. The big German quickly recovers however, and gets the ball clear.

Rooney has been an absolute bystander. Rarely is he this ineffective. Just cannot get involved at all.

Arsenal are showboating now. Cazorla dinks it over Schweinsteiger's head and fires at goal, but it is always going wide. Darmian just cannot cope with Sanchez.

Bastian Schweinsteiger is playing surprisingly high up the pitch, which is leaving United open to the counter. The directness from Arsenal is even more shocking!

Young is the first player into the book. He has been exposed, with very little protection ahead of him. Arsenal on the counter are irresistible at times.

Brutal from the Gunners. Sanchez looked to have been dispossessed by Darmian, but he showed his strength to keep it and rocket the ball past De Gea.
