It's been a slow start so far.

Eriksen darts a quick one into Moura, but De Jong's watching and nips in to rob.
10'
Daley Blind sounds like a tabloid newspaper.
9'
Schoene gives it away to Alli, who feeds Llorente, who isn't paying attention, so Blind clears up.
8'
Llorente holds up well, beating Blind to a lofted ball, but Schone's there on the cover.
6'
Eriksen finds Moura, who nicks away from Blind. But Blind's already committed to the tackle, and Moura gratefully takes the hit. Blind avoids a card - narrowly, you'd have to think.
5'
Van de Beek sees Sanchez waiting to controla long ball so allows him to, then nicks it away. Sanchez gets back at him to concede a corner - it comes to nothing.
4'
Schone whacks a long pass into touch and the crowd enjoy.
3'
It's been a slow start, but here's Eriksen in midfield, stroking a pass into Llorente. He looks to loft one for Trippier, but Tagliafico is there to intercept.
2'
Jermaine Jenas says that he hopes Dele Alli plays close to Llorente and that he isn't a midfielder, but I still hope he can become that. He's a really good number 10, but I doubt he can get that much better than he already is, whereas I think he's a lot of room for improvement further back and someone with his attitude needs to more involved in the game than he is.

Off we go!

Here they come!
19:58
The players are tunnelled and the crowd are giving it! Football is the absolute greatest.

It's warming up inside the ground, plastic flags and everything.
19:52
I've just realised that when discussing Ajax, I neglected to mention David Neres. Like all wingers, he can be maddeningly wasteful, but he can also do ludicrous things out of nothing, and I don't fancy Trippier's chances of stopping him and Tagliafico if they get going.

Ajax didn't play at the weekend - Rio Ferdinand says he liked constant games, midweek, weekend, midweek, weekend. Imagine that being your life - sheesh.
19:47
He then complains about fixture congestion - ahem.

BT are showing a Pochettino interview. He agrees that the City second leg was rrrridiculous, and that the fans had been waiting for it a long time.
