Neville misses out on the morale-boosting win that would have been so useful to his Valencia side. But they must take positives from the way they played the match against Barcelona, having the better of the contest as a whole. They needed more composure in front of goal.

Having been second best for much of the match Barcelona are now making a move for a winner here. Valencia are the ones having to dig deep and defend what they have (which is very little).

Can Valencia muster up a charge for a winner here? Of course, the tie has been settled for quite some time, but can they get the morale-boosting victory they so badly need.

The defending on the goal was rather poor, but this is somewhat cruel on Valencia. They have been the better team on the whole. A win would have been pretty big for them.

A lot of Valencia's starters are up in the stand watching this, so will Neville stick with some of these fringe players for the weekend's match against struggling Espanyol?

Bakkali has been impressive for Valencia since coming on. He has given the home side some extra energy in the final third, running the channels in the way Negredo wasn't.

PIATTI JUST NEEDED SOME COMPOSURE! That was some great Valencia play around the penalty area, but Piatti sent his shot over the bar at the near post. Decent try.

This is rather surprising. In the grand scheme of things this game doesn't mean anything to Barcelona, but with their unbeaten run on the line I thought there might be a bit more urgency.

Douglas has become something of a figure of fun since joining Barcelona, so this is a chance for him to at least make some sort of impression. Although he doesn't have much time.
