That was a little risky! Ter Stegen takes a backpass, takes a risk on the ball, but gets away with it. The German goalkeeper doesn't really need to do things like that.

Every time Valencia find themselves in the final third they choose the wrong option. There's just no confidence to their play at the moment. They are a team in crisis right now.

Valencia really need Negredo to start taking his chances. He has passed up countless opportunities for Neville's side in their last two games. They need him to starting firing soon.

Rakitic is the experienced hand at the heart of the Barcelona midfield. The Croatian has been selected tonight whilst most of his teammates have been rested for this one by Enrique.

Some neat and tidy passing from Barcelona sets up Rakitic for the shot about 20 yards out, but he hasn't quite got his range set and he sends his shot over the bar. Nice idea, though.

Barcelona have taken an early grip of the game, with the youngsters knocking the ball about the midfield. Roberto seems to be enjoying himself already, dictating his side's play.

Gary Neville is under real pressure at the moment. He is yet to record a win as Valencia manager, and the club now finds itself embroiled in a relegation battle. They are tumbling!

SANDRO SHOOTS OVER THE BAR! Munir did well to hold up the ball and setting up his teammate for the shot just inside the box, but Sandro leans back and sends it over the target.

There's hardly anyone inside the Mestalla for this match tonight. The Valencia fans are fed up with the way things have been going at the club of late, and they are voting with their feet.

Luis Enrique has selected a second-string team for this match. In comes the likes of Sergi Samper and Munir El Haddadi as Barcelona look to rest some of their best players.

So what can Valencia salvage from this tie. Of course, they suffered a humiliating 7-0 defeat in the first leg of this semi-final last week. Can they save some face this evening?
