That second half was a disaster for Scotland. They were in the match at half time, but what we witnessed after that was a calamitous collapse from Clarke's men. Russia bullied them in the second half and that was epitomised by the performance of Dzyuba, who finished with a brace.

Clarke looks like a man who doesn't have many answers on the touchline. Hands in pockets, he will be livid with how his team has performed in the second 45 minutes.

Just in case anyone is waiting for news from the game in Amsterdam, Netherlands have scored two late goals. They lead 2-1. Nonetheless, that display from O'Neill's team has been everything this Scotland performance hasn't been.

There will be three minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.

Dzyuba turned in the sort of performance that Scotland need from a centre forward. He is a targetman, but also brings others into play and can contribute outside the box as well.

Scotland are just waiting for the final whistle now. They has been an embarrassment of a second half display. They are lacking in so many areas despite having players of real talent.

Russia make another change from the bench and it's Komlichenko who comes on for the hosts.

Russia are now finding it so easy to get shots away inside the Scotland penalty box. So different from the first half when Scotland actually did a decent job of keeping things tight.

It was a lovely one-two from Golovin, he then showed great foot inside the box to take the touch and squeeze the finish in off the inside of the far post. Scotland look a sorry outfit here. Dreadful second half.

Russia are now showing some renewed vigour to grab a fourth and really put the final nail into the Scotland coffin. The away side have long since given up on this match. Really poor night.

Scotland face San Marino on Sunday. Anything less than a convincing win will see questions being asked of Clarke and his players. This hasn't been a good start to his reign.

Russia make another change and it's Ionov who comes off for Akhmetov. He will get 10 minutes.

Of course, this group was already over for Scotland as they arrived in Moscow for this match. It's now about building momentum for the play-off in March. But this isn't momentum.

The intensity and pace has dropped since Russia scored their third goal. They know that they have the points wrapped. They have done what was asked of them before kick off.

This has been a dismal second half display by Scotland. They managed to keep things tight in the opening 45 minutes, but they have completely collapsed since the restart. Yikes.
