DJOKOVIC 2-6 NADAL - SET NADAL!
Some better hitting from Djokovic, including a brilliant forehand winner down the line to bring up 15-30. A deft volley from Nadal then levels at 30-30, and he then wins the next two points, helped by a Novak unforced error, to seal the set. First blood to the Spaniard!
ELSEWHERE TODAY
There's been some thrilling tennis at Roland Garros today - and perhaps we're seeing the coming of age of Coco Gauff. She's into the semi-finals after a stunning performance against former US Open champion Sloane Stephens. Read up on that match here
DJOKOVIC 2-5 NADAL
A bit of a change of tack from Djokovic in that game, who comes into net early on a couple of occasions and wins both points. He holds to 15, with Nadal hooking a wayward forehand wide to complete the game. The Spaniard will serve for the set after the change of ends
DJOKOVIC 1-5 NADAL
Nadal comfortably consolidates the double break with a hold to love to take a four game lead in the first set. Again, Djokovic wasn't great off his ground strokes, going long and into the net in that game, and he looks a little frustrated with himself.
McENROE UNHAPPY AT LACK OF RESPECT FOR DJOKOVIC
Some of the Roland Garros crowd booed Novak on his arrival - and John McEnroe is not happy about it. Read up on what he had to say

DJOKOVIC 1-4 NADAL
That's not a good service game from Novak. His first serve has gone AWOL, and he hands Rafa 15-30 with a shot down the line that goes wide. A cross-court backhand winner draws him level again after another epic rally, but the Serb then nets with a forehand, before Nadal converts the break point with a frightening forehand down the line.
HALF AN HOUR GONE
30 minutes played and we've only had four completed games! This could be a late night!
DJOKOVIC 1-3 NADAL
We're only in the fourth game but this match is already living up to expectations. A lengthy rally ends in Djokovic dragging a cross-court shot well wide to hand Rafa 15-0, but the Serbian then rattles off three points in a row with some powerful hitting off both wings to bring up two break points. Nadal saves them both, and after failing to convert one game point, he converts at the second attempt
CROWD GOING WILD FOR RAFA
It's clear who the Roland Garros crowd are backing in this one - just look at the reception Nadal got when he walked on court!

DJOKOVIC 1-2 NADAL
A much more comfortable game for Novak as he gets on the scoreboard. A couple of fierce forehands help him get to 30-0 and 40-0 before an ace out wide sees him hold to love
DJOKOVIC 0-2 NADAL
A few tense moments for Nadal as Djokovic takes him to 30-30, and he perhaps gets a touch lucky as a top-spin backhand that looks certain to go out clips the line. Another Novak drop shot follows, but Rafa chases it down and hits a clean winner to back up the break

DJOKOVIC 0-1 NADAL
Wow! What an opening game. It lasted for 11 minutes! Djokovic saves two break points, but a third proves a step too far as he nets with a backhand from deep. An excellent start for Nadal, who unleashed a couple of trademark forehands en route to breaking
HERE WE GO!
Right, the crowd is bubbling with excitement and so are we. Nole is serving first and off we go!
THE JOURNEY TO THE QUARTER-FINALS
Djokovic has reached the last eight with wins over Diego Schwartzman, Aljaz Bedene, Alex Molcan and Yoshihito Nishioka, all via straight sets.
Nadal won in five against Felix Auger-Aliassime in the fourth round after straight sets wins over Botic van de Zandschulp, Corentin Moutet and Jordan Thompson
STAT ATTACK
Nadal has won 14 of his 15 quarter-finals at Roland Garros. The only defeat? Against Djokovic in 2015
THE TACTICS
So how does Henman think Djokovic is going to win? He's had his say on the fascinating changes Novak makes to his game when taking on Nadal

'Look out for it' - Henman highlights key changes Djokovic made against Nadal

PREDICTIONS
Tim Henman's calling a Djokovic win - getting the job done 7-6 in the fifth! If that's the case, we're in for another classic
HERE COME THE PLAYERS
Nadal makes his way on to court to a raucous welcome from the Roland Garros crowd, whereas there's a little bit of booing when Djokovic steps out. "It's crazy, it blows," says McEnroe. "We'll probably never see this again on this court. Come on!"
McENROE ON ZVEREV
John McEnroe is part of our commentary team in Paris - he says Nadal and Djokovic are two thirds of the reason as to why Zverev is yet to land a Grand Slam

ZVEREV AWAITS
The winner of this match will play Alexander Zverev, who's through to the French Open semi-finals for the second successive year after an epic four set win over Carlos Alcaraz, one of the pre-tournament favourites. Read our report of that terrific match here
AN EPIC RIVALRY
It's also the 59th meeting between the pair, with Djokovic leading the head-to-head 30-28, but Rafa certainly has the edge on clay, winning 19 of their 27 clashes on this particular surface
