Calvert-Lewin breaks, so Kompany upends him on the left touchline; he's booked. The free-kick then finds Rooney, but he can't get enough on his header and the ball flies over the bar.

Danilo barges in from the right, arrives inside the box, and picks up Sterling's pass before cutting onto his left foot and driving hard and low ... Pickford does superbly to shovel it away with a strong hand.

Calvert-Lewin and Otamendi jump for a high ball, the former catching the latter with his fingertips. Otamendi collapses, then leaps up in fury when no card is forthcoming.
